Reiki is one of the most popular holistic systems for balancing, healing, and harmonizing all aspects of the person--Body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Reiki, also known as "laying of hands". It encourages healing through deep relaxation, release of tension and stress, and balancing of Chakra energy centers. Reiki promotes greater self awareness and spiritual growth. Reiki is an energy practice with ancient roots but is uniquely suited to modern healing practices. It is becoming increasingly more sought out in the medical community as a complimentary healing option and does not conflict with any religious affiliation. Linda’s sessions can include meditation, sound therapy, and Intuitive Coaching.
Sessions are approximately one hour. $120 If longer session are needed the rate will be adjusted accordingly.

We also offer Shamanic drumming/sound bath meditation offerings and Women's Empowerment Circles Dates posted on this site at the bottom of page under events, also on social media, or sent via email. Small Group Pilates class is offered Tuesday 9:15-10:15 am on Mango Bay
Personal training, Yoga, Pilates, and corrective exercise post injury/illness are available by appointment only from the perspective of strengthening and healing body and spirit. Facilitated stretch and myofacial release can be included.

Small Group Pilates class is offered Tuesday 9:15-10:15 am on Mango Bay Equestrian farm in Bedford. This unique setting and limited class size allows Linda to focus on perfecting technique by offering individual corrections and support. Gentle progression toward increased strength, flexibility, and balance are the goal of the offering. $35
